Imo's Pizza - Lake Saint Louis

IMOs pizza doesn 't really need a review you either like stl style or you don 't. Right? However in a world where this trip advisor tries to frequent mom and pop kinda places sometimes you need to eat from a chain. Small place. Few tables. The tables could use a wipe down did it myslef) but Trinity at the counter provided possibly the best customer service from a franchise that I 've EVER HAD. I will probably go back to thus store even if it 's out of my way.

Used the drive through window-a bit hard to notice at first. Customer service was excellent and food delicious as always!

Got our order wrong twice. What it wrong with these people. Pizza was ok. Not great but would have it again.

The young people working at this location work very hard. Take care of them so they stay. They are worth it.

The girl at the register was absolutely wonderful. I've been in Lake St Louis for two weeks and this girl gave me the best service thus far in all the interactions I have had in this area and there have been quite a few. I dropped my fork and she gave me another one. She seemed very polite and awesome individual all around.I wasn't a fan of the heavy red sauce so I gave it a four on the Lasagna ,however it was still highly enjoyable.
