Contribuisci feedbackI usually order food in person at this restaurant and the food quality has always been good. However, yesterday I decided to order online and I was very disappointed. The Kung Pao chicken I ordered didn't even have chicken in it. Disappointing experience.
The restaurant is good overall, but the quality of the servings can vary depending on who is preparing your food. When the long-haired kid is making your meal, you may receive smaller portions compared to the other staff members. For example, I ordered a plate and he only gave me one scoop of each item, while the other employees provided almost three scoops of each. I was disappointed with the portion size and should have spoken up, but I was too irritated to handle the situation at that moment.
Disappointed during my recent visit to Panda Express. The only rice option available was fried rice, leaving me without the usual brown or white rice choices I prefer. This limited selection took away from the variety Panda is known for. While I understand that menu options can vary, having more staple choices available is essential for a satisfying meal. Hopefully, this was a one-off situation, but it definitely impacted my dining experience negatively. A wider variety consistently on offer would be greatly appreciated in the future.
I just collected my online food order, but the staff was not very cooperative. I waited in the store for assistance, and out of the four staff members present, only one helped me after waiting for 2 mins, poor service!!
But Panda is always closed. If you have another option, take advantage of it so you don't leave hungry.
