Subway - Lake St Louis

The past couple of experiences I've had here the employees have been rude especially about the Italian herbs and cheese bread that they're out of. They just have attitudes.

Sandwich fell apart and got soggy from the watery chicken. The food has no flavor. Subway is not what it used to be. The guys working were really nice. Not well trained, but thats not their fault. They were very kind and tried their hardest. It wasclear that no one took the time to make sure they knew what they were doing.

First time visiting this location and the customer service was great?Let me tell you they?re not skeet with the portions they give you either! Thank You for a great first impression.

Went there for the first time tonight. We're from out of town. I do not know who the red headed young man was behind the counter was but he was wound pretty tight. Complaining to all of the customers about how busy they were. There were 3 people ahead ofus...he told the young lady working with him to shut off the light because after my group was done they were closing. He wasvery rude slamming bread on the counter, throwing knives around and he actually ran in behind us as we were leaving and lockedthe door behind us...AN HOUR EARLY! I noticed cameras in the building...I hope the owners were watching! Visited this placeagain over Thanksgiving weekend 2021...a little redemption! Had a pretty decent experience! No angry little red head boy runningaround! Giving credit where it's due. Keep up the good work!

Ordered a foot long sandwich and had it toasted by an employee. Eventually the employee looks at another employee and CLEARLY says he burned my sandwich to the other employee. Then when I asked him if he burned it, he replied No, Sir I got it out justin time very respectfully and polite. But needless to say when I arrived at home, my sandwich was in fact burned. I 'm moredisappointed in the fact I was lied to than I am in the food. This is not how a customer should be treated, I will return butwith much higher expectations from now on.
