Capernaum Lakeside Lodge - Lake Wales

These people are crooks! Myself and 3 friends stayed this past weekend. No staff place is creepy as hell. They leave the door open to the room so anyone can walk in and do whatever before you get there and after you leave AND they are teying to charge us 200 for weed smell in the room when NO WEED WAS IN OUR ROOM! also told us they are filing a police report. Crazy people looking to take advantage of a younger group of guests.

Very relaxing. Had a great view of the water. Loved the warm feel and the cleanliness of the place. Also enjoyed the fact that it was just 15 minutes away from Legoland. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with families or couples.

The restaurant is housed in a stunning historical building! The wooden ceiling and chandeliers are truly impressive. My friends had their wedding here, and the venue created a perfect backdrop for a romantic, fairytale-like ceremony. The food was delightful, and they even served charming mini pies alongside the wedding cake.

Charming Gem! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location is stunning! The room was spotless and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was delightful. The only drawback was the small, high windows in the room, which were not covered, allowing too much light from the outdoor lamps to come in. This made it challenging for those who prefer a darker sleeping environment. I recommend bringing a sleep mask.

This is a lovely historical venue for an overnight stay. The rooms are cozy, and some come with a stove for added convenience. The full continental breakfast was a hit with my wife and kids. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay, offering a beautiful view of the lake in the back. The only downside was that the outdoor areas had a noticeable amount of bugs and spider webs.
