Pizza Hut - Lake Wales

I had another disappointing experience at Lake Ales Pizza Hut. Instead of delivery, we opted to pick up this time due to past incorrect orders. Unfortunately, the pizzas were overcooked. The parking situation in the plaza was convenient.

The pizza was hot, fresh, and prepared quickly! The restaurant was bustling, but the service was excellent!

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. After waiting for over an hour for a takeout order, being told it would be brought out to me (which never happened), and waiting for about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me at the front, I was finally handed a cold pizza. This was by far the worst experience I've had here. I could maybe understand if they were busy, but hearing the staff laughing and talking in the back made it clear that there was no excuse for this lack of service, especially considering how much I paid.

Picked up food to go have lunch for a grandchild's birthday. The pizza and food was perfect. The service was fast and thanked them.

Directions to this place is deceiving ended up having to drive 10 miles pizza was cold by time we got back home ordered on line 50% off so they skimmed on the items hardly no cheese whatsoever when we got there the pizza was sitting on the counter not under a heat lamp and they said that I hadn't paid for it yet which I paid online but must not have took so I paid for then experience was not up to par will never order pizza from them again.
