I entered the restaurant with a handwritten list of three sandwiches that my deceased fiancé had created. The young lady working there informed me that she was unable to read cursive, which I found surprising and attributed to the quality of the education system in Polk County. I wished that there were more meat options available, such as roast beef, pastrami, and corned beef.

I recently visited this Subway location and was disappointed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the bathrooms. I brought up the issue of the dirty bathrooms with an employee, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve it. Furthermore, the employees were not very friendly or helpful. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, so I have chosen not to go back to this specific location.

Food wise: I walked in with my boyfriend, ordered he started building it but they didn’t have half the stuff the sandwich needed, no cheese or bacon.Store wise: it was dirty and even though the place was empty when we got there the workers were in no rush to clean or restock anything. They had no ice, no napkins, and the walls had tape on them?The person who took our order was a nice young man, he was kind and tried his hardest but it felt like they just threw him into the deep end without training him.
