Contribuisci feedbackI am extremely disappointed with this Subway location. I ordered a tuna protein bowl, but they no longer provide plastic knives for me to cut it up like a chopped salad. The employee did not put enough ingredients in the bowl, leaving it only half full. She was curt with me and seemed to be in a bad mood. I will not be returning to this location, as there is a Wendy's nearby or I will go to the Subway in town where they offer better service and a friendly attitude. They also provide knives for cutting up my salad. This is the third time I have been let down by the Subway on Chalet Suzanne, and it will be my last visit.
I placed an online order and my two sandwiches were ready for pick-up when I arrived, and they were made exactly to my specifications. The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian options, allowing customers to turn any sub into a vegetarian sandwich. The selection of choices is plentiful and diverse.
The store was clean but the customer service of the employee who waited on me and others was not good she was rude to me but she displayed the same attitude to the customers in front of me and behind I will not return at this location
My husband just went and picked up sub's and there was no ham on his sub and barely any veg and meat
We often visit Subway restaurants and, overall, have had positive experiences. While there have been exceptions, this particular location consistently delivers quick and appetizing sandwiches. We have never encountered any problems with the service or quality at this store.
