Wingstreet - Lake Wales

It's only worth visiting this restaurant if you have plenty of time to spare. Unfortunately, it's the worst hut I've ever been to, and it's a shame there isn't a better local option nearby.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant chain. I ordered a pizza that arrived cold and with old dough that tasted like beer. When I called to complain, I was promised an $18 credit, but only received $10 when I placed another order. After avoiding this franchise for 5 years, I decided to give them another chance, but it was the worst decision ever. I strongly advise people to take their business elsewhere.

I have dined at this restaurant multiple times over the years. The lunch buffet offers a great selection of dishes. The restaurant is kept clean and the staff are attentive.

Resturant was nearly empty! We were seated quickly placed our pizza order. By waitress never brought our drinks. Had to flag her down, as she was doing take-out orders cashiering also. Not enough employees to cover an almost empty restaurant. Kitchen staff brought out pizza in less than 15 minutes, it was hot looked good. If only they could learn to cut the pizza evenly all the way through the crust!! Had a hard time getting waitress to bring refills. Had ask twice for to go boxes bill.

Don't go on Sundays....went around 2 pm..1 waitress..had to wait to be seated..ordered 2 sauces for wings and another beer......didn't revive either....they are short staffed....where is the manager..waitress said she asked for help from the back no one came....won't be back to many other places. That are managed better...and the place needs updated
