I waited in line for fifteen minutes before being able to place my order. After five minutes, no one spoke, so the man asked me twice if I wanted one 4/4 or two 4/4. I responded that I wanted one and requested for ranch.I reach a window after ten more minutes and see that I've been charged for two lunches. I barely get four dollars back from the person. When I ask for the remainder, he gives me a strange look and acts as though I'm the issue.What is the current state of customer service?
Came in there for breakfast the other day got the two for three potatoes were cold the sandwich was cold seems like it was made 2 hours ago and this is when they first opened
The food was just ok. Tasted like it had been sitting awhile. I do not recommend for
Awful service. All attention concentrated on Drive Thru customers. Dining In customers left waiting. Cashier did not even speak English nor did she know how to ring up simple items. Half my food was cold upon receiving. Sad to see a brand like Wendy's give such poor service.
