The owner of this establishment really should work on their management skills and ensure that there are enough staff members during busy weekends. We had to wait around 20 minutes for just one coffee and one ice cream. The staff seemed both unhappy and frustrated, which I can understand, given the circumstances. It's disappointing to go out for a coffee and encounter such negative customer service. To the owner: a successful business invests in its team. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired.

I was quite disappointed with the service we received during our visit. I understand that arriving at 11 o'clock at night might be seen as late, but I would still expect courteous service. The individual who took our order came across as impatient and unhelpful. When we asked questions, she didn’t seem to understand or care. Additionally, the menu could use some updating, as many items we wanted to order were unavailable at this location.

I was disappointed that they wouldn't allow me to use my T-Mobile Tuesday $3 gift card, and there was no sign indicating this policy. It felt like a waste of my time since I specifically went there to redeem my gift card. Additionally, my wife ordered a banana split, but they were out of split bowls, hot fudge, and many toppings.

My coffee was good but I waited over 15 minutes and drive through in order to get it there was no one in the lobby and four employees by the window conversation I come to this Dunkin? Donuts pretty often never experienced that

Amending this review: We were out in the drive through for over 30 mins and no one came to the box. Someone came outside we asked you are open right person went back in and asked and again another 15 min wait we left. This place use to be amazing service wise has declined dramatically. You can?t leave one person in charge at night you will loose business.
