La Granja - Lake Worth

I ordered a "jalea familiar" at your Lake Worth location, and it was inedible due to a complete lack of seasoning, salt, and flavor. I brought this to the attention of the person who took my order, Miriam, and her response was far from friendly. I also spoke to the cook, explaining that I couldn’t eat my food because it was missing seasoning, but they insisted that the flour they used was the seasoning and that they don't use any additional seasoning. Ultimately, I was not offered a refund or an alternative dish, which reflects poor customer service. As a Peruvian, I know what jalea should taste like, and this was not it. To top it off, this dish cost $47, so one would expect some effort to make things right. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, but after this experience, that will no longer be the case.

The food has absolutely amazing flavor. The prices are great, offering excellent value for healthy options. Food rating: 5/5.

Girl at the register forgets people’s drinks ,then gives attitude, when you sit down to eat tables were dirty and I had to ask for plates to sit down and eat…the energy of the restaurant was very negative no meet and greet …. And everyone had a square face….. they all look like siblings working together

The food at this restaurant takes an incredibly long time to prepare. I ordered half a chicken with rice and plantains, and there were only two customers ahead of me, each with one order. Despite the fact that the rice, beans, chicken, and plantains were all ready to be served, my meal still took 20 minutes to arrive after I placed my order. This slow service seems to be a recurring issue at this location.

Me and my wife just ate at the lantana location, I ordered the mixed ceviche and it was absolutely the most disgusting thing I've ever put in my mouth. The shells were left on the shrimp, and the calamari was a tough as leather. Pretty sure the muscles were rotten. The only thing that was edible were the onions.........RUN! DONT WALK, RUUUUUUUUN. Cashier was nice.
