Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Lake Worth

The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Some of the frozen yogurts weren't properly frozen and were just liquid. The cashiers were unfriendly, and the condition of the bathrooms was disappointing—were they closed due to COVID? The walls had a strange mix of sounds and were decorated with Valentine's Day drawings, despite it being mid-August. In addition to these issues, the frozen yogurt should definitely be served frozen, or at the very least, there should be a sign indicating when it's unavailable. Most importantly, when families visit with children who need to use the restroom, it's unacceptable for a food establishment to have such limited facilities. Using COVID as an excuse for this is simply not reasonable.

Very disappointed by this place. hardly any aromen and only 3 chairs at the whole place. that is the second time that I was disappointed with this place. it won't waste your money. drive the road to carvel!

This place is dirty and has been without tables or chairs for four months. The restroom is not usable, and while the staff is friendly, they seem unsure about when the tables and chairs will be fixed and can only offer apologies. My kids love this place, which is a shame because it’s clearly neglected. It doesn’t seem to matter to the owner or management.

What a disappointment. We walked in an hour before closing as to not be ?that guy? and they were already closing up. There was an odd smell as you walk in. There were only two flavors available that were dairy free and when I pulled the lever nothing came out. The two employees ?working? did not acknowledge us at all. After zero assistance from any employees I threw out my empty cup and proceeded to leave. I guess the staff were more preoccupied with closing any hour early, than making any sales. Im not trying to be a ?Karen?, just disappointed.

Clean but only six flavors today plus all the toppings. Had to settle for one chocolate and one vanilla although I'm sure you'll find something you will like. Friendly service.
