Mr. Shrimp - Lake Worth

I'm consistently impressed by the upgrades every time I visit this restaurant. I always treat myself when I go, and I was pleasantly surprised once again during lunch yesterday. The service and food were spot on. Our server even offered us some sample drinks, and I tried the fresh mint lemonade—it was delightful. I ordered shrimp with jasmine rice and garlic herb sauce, and it was absolutely fantastic. They really deserve a larger space, but I still adore this place! I give it a 4.5.

Fantastic seafood at affordable prices! This is a laid-back restaurant with just seven tables, offering both takeout and dine-in options. There's a wide selection of steamed or fried seafood, all cooked in just a few minutes. We tried the steamed combo featuring large shrimp and scallops served over rice with two sides, all for just $13.99. The place is located in a strip mall at the southwest corner of Congress Avenue and 10th Avenue North. They’ve been open for a year now and also have another location in Belle Glade.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Mr. Shrimp. In search of a quick lunch and with limited options nearby, I decided to give this place a try. I ordered the conch fritters with vegetables, while my friend opted for fried shrimp and pasta salad. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals! The food was served promptly and was absolutely delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Don’t be misled by its location in a strip mall; this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

The food was outstanding and even surpassed my expectations! The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are quite generous.

Don't let the small storefront deceive you; there are seating options inside where you can savor your meal. The establishment is clean, the kitchen is well-organized with excellent communication, and the food comes out with a smile! I highly recommend this place!
