Pizza Hut - Lake Worth

I ordered the fleshy P'zone I saw on the commercials and it was all they advertised!!! The service was prompt as I picked it up within their estimated time and I think it was a good value also less than $10. My day of deceit :

Ms. Connie is an AMAZING waitress at Lantana Congress Avenue. It is very pleasant for customers and efficient with service. This is one of my most popular places to go with the family.

Food is good, but customer service is terrible. I usually command the phone and they are extremely rude. I stopped ordering from there. The lady who answered the phone is so unprofessional and rude. The person even said that he could not understand because I have an accent and he is the one with ghetto accent. I command other places and never have problems with my accent or with something for this matter. Honestly, I wish the customer service manager will hire people with better customer service skills or at least train them better.

Went and took a pizza here tonight ordered it online they said it would be ready for picking up at 7:25, the pizza was not ready until 7:45 nobody was on the front when we went to pick it up. And in order to complete it from the pizza, it was not even cooked as it was completely dirty raw. Terrible experience and I love pizza hut, but this time at this point I was very unsatisfactory.

They make good pizza and the staff is nice. The location is filthy and outdated. The keys on the keyboard when my order was being placed were stuck together with dry grease.
