Contribuisci feedbackI almost gave this restaurant 5 stars, but their mango freezer has been out of order for several weeks now, which is disappointing since I live in Florida and it's really hot here. I would have expected them to have it up and running. That's my only criticism about this place. Everything else is great - the food is fresh and delicious, the staff is friendly. If they can fix the mango freezer, I'll be happy, and I'm sure others will be too.
Every time we order food from this restaurant, it is always a disappointment. The chicken is either undercooked or burnt, and they often get our order wrong. It's best to check your food before leaving the drive-thru, as this restaurant is known for missing or serving bad food. This will be the last time we order from here, as the experience is unreal.
The Steak-Charka was cold and they were out of the Charasca sauce. They had also run out of sausage, and one dish was cold and dry. Additionally, the pineapple drink advertised was not available. The manager mentioned that their phone had been out of operation for 6 months, so customers could not request collection limits. This was the worst meal experience ever, and unfortunately, it was the second time experiencing such poor quality food at a different location. Both experiences were horrible.

I would have given him five stars, but her mango and freezer has gone down for a few weeks, at least over 3 weeks that sucks Cuz that I live in Florida and it's super hot and I thought that would be something she would definitely have run. but this is my criticism of this place. Besides, everything else is good. The food is fresh. Staff is great. Just order the new machine you need for the mango freezer, and I'll be happy and I'm sure that other people too
