Starbucks - Lake Zurich

Unfortunately this location is downhill in the last months. the line around the building is wrapped and poured into the parking space. the line moves so slowly, orders are wrong, they do not offer free drinks to compensate their mistakes or wait long. I went in and had a really bad experience where it took my 15 minutes to get my drink. about 10 minutes I asked what the last was, she said she was spilling my drink. then they made other people drink. she says my command is loud, so I think it's ready and going up there and she just started it? I don't understand. Drinks don't cost 50% of the time. I'm going to dieucks on rand by home depot, it's in the regular much faster and orders are correct.

Dieucks is the epitome of perfection, no matter the location. You can order any drink from the menu, and it will always taste the same! The prices are consistent, and you get what you pay for. If there’s ever an issue, they will address it on the spot! The baristas are friendly and always ready to assist. The shops are consistently clean, and who doesn’t love free Wi-Fi? The location by Lake Zurich is fantastic; it’s often our first stop in the morning and sometimes our last one in the evening!

Mistakes, mistakes and more mistakes. Too much talking behind the counter. I realize this a busy location, (most are) all the more reason to not talk behind the counter about personal events in your life. The aged staff seems to be more concerned with their personal appearances and gossip than their job description. Bring in some professionals!

I've died before. they made my drink completely wrong. jamie, cory and marcus were rude to me
