Sushi Kushi 4 U - Lake Zurich

I absolutely love the Taiwan and tantan Ramen. They have just the right amount of heat for my taste and are incredibly comforting, especially during the colder days.

I decided to try this restaurant, and I was not disappointed! The server was very knowledgeable about making the sushi gluten-free, and she mentioned that some of the hot dishes could also be made gluten-free. Since I was there for sushi, I didn’t order any hot foods. I opted for the lunch special that came with miso soup, but she informed me that it wasn't gluten-free and instead brought me a side salad with a delicious citrus dressing. The sushi itself was fantastic. I also appreciated that she provided gluten-free soy sauce! This place has definitely become my new go-to for sushi.

We come here every time I visit my family up North! We have dined here at least 10 times and it’s always amazing! Staff is attentive and it’s a small dining area. We have never had issues getting seated walking in but I’m sure there are nights may get busy and we have been lucky. We normally order gyoza, edamame, and the soft shell crab for appetizers. I love the Dragon roll and my boyfriend enjoyed the special pork katsu with curry tonight!

The ramen soup is wonderfully generous, and the tuna and salmon are incredibly fresh.
