Applebee's - Lakeland

The food was mediocre at best. The host for seating was nowhere to be found, even though the restaurant was quite empty. The interior desperately needs a thorough deep cleaning, as well as updates and repairs, particularly for the wobbly booths. There were several flies, both alive and dead, in the windows, which made it hard to enjoy my meal. My salmon was overcooked and dry. I was disappointed since this was my first visit to this location; I usually have a great experience with both the food and atmosphere at other locations. On a positive note, our waiter was very friendly, attentive, and professional, which is the only reason I could give it 2 stars.

The food was neither exceptional nor terrible, but I don't think I'll be returning. The texture of the chicken was unusual to me, and the chicken wonton appetizer had a sweet flavor that might have been better if it were savory. However, I did enjoy the mashed potatoes.

I visited this location for the first time and had an amazing experience. Kim was fantastic—10/10—and crafted my margaritas perfectly. I ended up staying for over two hours and truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you, Kim, for being such a joy! P.S. Your tattoos are incredible!

First time I went there, I was really interested in the new mushroom swiss burger. Order it no pink. Came raw with lettuce, tomato, no mushrooms or onions. Tried again, this time it came burnt with no sauces on the burger. You would think that if they are offering a burger special, they could get cooks that know how to use a meat thermometer. Never going back.

The Worst Applebee's I Ever Been 2. I Ordered Steak, Shrimp Mashed Potatoes. It Can Out A Plate Of Water. Never Will I Come Here Again. I Couldn't Wait 2 Leave!
