Arby's - Lakeland

Real talk, this Arby's is not in a great section of Lakeland. There's a good bit of homeless traffic through this area. That said, the staff is always friendly and they've never gotten my order wrong even though I come here pretty often. Their food is good and the plus is that it's not usually busy!

I am completely frustrated and appalled by my experience at Arby's! The fries were cold, the drive-thru staff were rude, and my drink tasted like a mix of backwash and soap.

I dont normally eat fast food at all, I also do not normally go to any place on Memorial Blvd.(not even for water), but have been to this Arby's several times (evenings) staff always NICE, place is clean, and the Chocolate Shake and the crinkle fries are the best,I wished they were not so good ,I really dont need a choclate shake and fries, but Thanks for the great service.I am sure I will be back again and again.

Was no manager on duty wait easy 15 to 20 minutes for two meals workers. needed there manager to be present but show up eventually even tho they were not in any hurry to help employees definitely need a new manager and prove definitely needs retraining

Haven't been in long time so I stopped in and had sandwich and best crinkled French fries in town
