Contribuisci feedbackThis is going to be a long review, but here we go! My college is close to this location, so I go there all the time. I’ve been eating at this restaurant for my entire life and LOVE the food. Recently, there’s been a point of hesitation for me in visiting this location. At the beginning of my interactions with one employee, I thought they might have special needs, but after they shared details about their educational background, I’m not sure this is the case. It could be, though I won’t make assumptions. I appreciate Crispers hiring a wide and diverse variety of people from all backgrounds, but this employee has made my friends and I uncomfortable to the point of sometimes not wanting to eat in. I feel that even if some difference is there, it would be possible to communicate standards for professionalism and interactions with customers with this employee. This employee starts conversations with me and other females I am with, complementing specific aspects of our physical appearances (sometimes excessively), and asking personal questions, always leaving males in attendance out of the conversation. This lets me know this person is not simply socializing with patrons. I understand that this employee may not fully understand why they shouldn’t do this, but sometimes it makes me uncomfortable and I feel awful when I’ve had people I brought to the restaurant ask me if we can take our food to go or leave altogether to avoid interaction with this person. It’s nothing personal against this employee, just that in today’s climate, women like me don’t always feel comfortable sharing details about ourselves or high fiving/fist bumping strangers, as this employee sometimes requests (and will not back down when the request is ignored until it is fulfilled). I know I could just get over it, but the thought of these kind of interactions is always in the back of my mind when I invite my friends to eat with me at this location and I don’t think that should be the case. It’s an honest shame that we feel like we need to send guys to pick up our food, bring our parents with us (which doesn’t stop said employee), or order carry out to enjoy a meal and avoid unwanted attention when all we wanted was good food. Other than that, the food is always amazing, so these things certainly don’t keep us away! We’re regulars my friends and I get it to go sometimes or order to go and eat outside. The food is so good that the above situation won’t stop us from visiting all the time. I recommend the reuben sandwich or signature summer salad!
So big inside! I went on a Friday at 3:00 and it was no line no wait maybe 3 other people in there sitting at the table. Outdoor seating available although It was rainy but they had mats on the inside. Very quick service, fresh salad amd dessert (pre packaged rice Krispy and chocolate chip cookie) Server was very nice. Parking was easy too!
Fast service!! Friendly employees and the food taste amazing!!
Came all the way out here to grab a quick bite to eat prior to a graduation. Fans were on as well as lights. Could see employees walking in the distance, but doors were all locked. Hours on the door stated they were open, but nope, locked at 5pm on a Wednesday.
This location isn't nearly as clean or friendly as the location at Lakeside. I did not receive a fork or the extra dressing ordered. One person salad was wrong, ordered no onions due to allergies so they took the bowl back and took off all the toppings but still brought back the same lettuce. It was stated that all we requested was a new salad without onion and Another young lady approached and stated no toppings no issue but in fact with allergies the onion already touched the lettuce they did no swap out. Just do what the customer requested.
