Dunkin' - Lakeland

I ordered mini pancakes and they were not in the bag. I also ordered an apple juice and got orange juice.

Maple sugar breakfast sandwich sounded good, but did not come with order. Coffee and bagels excellent, just cant give stars when a fairly small order is missing major item. Order 3 receive 2 sandwiches not really a good promotion.

I ordered the zucker speck online and got regular speck and it was all burned, how did that happen? I spend like $30 on foods that are advertised and it is not even done right.

Google does not show the dine in area closed before closing time 10 p.m. Took an Uber for a coffee and to go to Walmart and they ran to close the door when I walked towards it. Horrible customer service in the evening. By the way, I am a true believer America runs on Dunkin but my experience makes me think otherwise now.

Can't make coffee to save their lives been a couple times to see if it was a bad day or the person but no matter who makes it here, it's BAD
