Hardee's - Lakeland

The service here was absolutely dreadful—truly the worst I've experienced at any fast food place. It took 30 minutes just to get 20 fried chicken tenders. Honestly, I know someone who could catch, butcher, and cook a live chicken faster than that. Now I understand why there were only two cars in the drive-thru during a busy time at 5:30. Come on, Hardee's, you can do better than this!

We stopped by on Christmas Eve because my dad had a craving for a bacon cheeseburger. We ordered him a Super Star with bacon and cheese, and he absolutely loved it. It really made his night that Hardee's was open. The staff working there were quick and friendly, and I truly appreciate their efforts. Keep up the great work!

The burgers are superior to those from most other chain restaurants, and the service was excellent. However, I noticed that a whole section of the dining area was cordoned off due to a leaking ceiling.

Customer service was terrible for my elderly parents and myself, after placing an order and asking if they had sweet tea in the lobby the manager was not very customer oriented and frankly was not even able to address my concerns face to face. Simply went to a back office and refused to speak. The restaurant will not get my business ever again. I do not recommend it.

This food was very hard to judge because the hamburger was great we waited a long time to get it my Dr Pepper had no flavor whatsoever and the fries were tasteless because there was no salt on them. So there you have it eat your own risk
