Kfc - Lakeland

The chicken is always fresh whenever I crave it. The staff is very polite as soon as you walk in. Thank you, KFC!

This restaurant really delivers. The chicken is consistently excellent here, surpassing other locations.

The cashier didn't acknowledge my presence and seemed more focused on chatting with others. Additionally, the mashed potatoes had an odd taste, almost like they absorbed the flavor of the container they were served in.

I ordered a mac and cheese bowl with corn and gravy, but I received neither. The food I did get was cold. When I asked for the corn and gravy, the staff member sighed and turned off her microphone. I'm really disappointed.

I ordered a two-piece white meat meal, but instead received a greasy, old two-piece dark meat meal that was quite unpleasant. I had to drive back to rectify my order. The staff clearly needs better training before preparing food for customers.
