Unfortunately, nobody came out with our food and we had to provide the backup code. Our meal was not even prepared when we were finally served. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with a 20-minute wait for our food. However, we are giving 3 stars because the customer service inside the restaurant was excellent.
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. I encountered issues with my mobile app, so I had to go in person. The customer service representative went above and beyond to help me. The food I had was delicious and served hot.
I enjoy a double cheeseburger as a quick lunch option when on the go, which was the case today when I needed to pick up my contacts during my lunch break. I ordered at the kiosk and waited patiently for my meal. Unfortunately, my drink was half melted when I received it and the double cheeseburger was not assembled properly - it was on the wrong type of bun and the patties were extremely dry. It seemed like they had forgotten to add ketchup as well. Additionally, the sandwich was hardly wrapped at all. I was very disappointed in the restaurant's ability to make food correctly.
I like to eat here. good bargain with ampere.and rewards given. always clean. Senior drinks are children's size... we earn at least one medicine. we go back to all the golden arches and 25 ¢ burger. free coffee or drink at mealtime would be very welcome for us older customers. can not get over the given child size drinks for about 20 cent cheaper.
Went here this past Friday, ordered my fave: a filet-o-fish meal add lettuce, tomato slivered onions. I opened the box and the sandwich was a FREAKING DISASTER! The contents of the sandwich were literally just haphazardly thrown in the box, with little to no effort or concern as to whether or not it would end up on the bread. The filet was sliding off one side of the bun, while the cheese was comically placed on the cardboard box itself, melted to it in fact, with only the last quarter of it, ever so gently resting on the bun. The 3 tiny tomato slices were stacked one on top of the other, as opposed to the insanity of distributing them evenly on the surface. Lettuce, onions tartar sauce were generously placed under the top bun, in the box, under the bottom bun... so that there was absolutely no way NOT TO GET IT ALL OVER MY HANDS! Needless to say, I had to rebuild my own sandwich.I wish I could say it was just an isolated event at this location but this seems to be the standard for throwing sandwiches together across the board McDonald's. Do better man.
