Mcdonald's - Lakeland

At the drive-thru, there are two lines with two different people taking orders. The person on the inside did an excellent job, getting orders correct the first time and providing clear instructions on where to pay and pick up the order. However, the individual who took my order had some issues. He seemed distracted and did not pay attention when I placed my order, making me repeat it twice. When I reached the checkout window, I was charged for items separately instead of as a meal, resulting in a higher cost. Despite this, the cashier and the person who served my food were both excellent and friendly. The food was cooked and packaged well, so kudos to the kitchen staff. It’s unfortunate that one bad employee can affect the overall experience at this location.

The management and staff at this restaurant were not properly trained. It was evident that they struggled with using a touchscreen computer and effectively communicating with customers. It is essential for those working in roles with human interaction to have basic skills in these areas. Overall, more training is needed for the employees at this location. I only gave them 1 star because good service is crucial to me when spending my hard-earned money on fast food.

The drive-thru experience was disappointing as one side served six cars in the time it took my side to serve one. When I finally reached the window, my food wasn't ready and I had to pull up and wait for it. When they eventually brought it out, I found that the entire outside of the bread on my cheeseburger was covered in ketchup and the pickles were barely hanging on the sandwich. The only redeeming factor was that the McChicken was delicious, earning them a second star.

Atmosphere was odd. First McDonald's I think I've ever seen without the drink fountain in the dining room. Had to ask for refills.

Staff is friendly but This is the 3 out of 3 time I’ve been disappointed by stale fries and a barely warm double cheeseburger. Watch the timer you guys :
