Panera Bread - Lakeland

The location is excellent, with plenty of parking available. There’s also a drive-thru option. Inside and outside, there is ample seating space. I ordered a crème brûlée latte and water at 9 AM, and my order was prepared quickly since it wasn’t very busy at that time. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Fabulous team members!! I had some challenges with several recent orders and in frustration it mentioned Holly. In addition to an apology, she consulted with her manager and offered to fix things. Most of the time a small act of empathy compassion goes the distance. We recently moved to the area. Hubby

I placed my order through the app and forgot to add a cup of water. I called and spoke with someone named Tyler (I think), who informed me that he couldn’t change the order after it was placed, but he could make a note and fulfill my request. Once I parked, my food was ready in under a minute (and it was perfectly blackened). Excellent service and delicious food!

I should have given you 5 stars many times before, but waited until I got a sandwich that was so far off the exceptional quality I expected. The sandwich was 1 star, but the resolution was above,and beyond my expectations. So thank you for turning a 1 star review into a 6 star experience.
