Papa John's Pizza - Lakeland

I ordered online with an estimated wait time of 15 to 24 minutes, which was perfect since I live just 15 minutes away. However, when I got home, I discovered that both the pizza and the cheese sticks had burnt crusts and the order was cold. They felt a bit cool when the staff handed them to me at the store. To make matters worse, I had to wait about 10 minutes because some guy was arguing about his order in the packed lobby. I told the staff my name four times, but by then, I just wanted to get out of there. For $30, I expected better quality, and next time, I’ll choose to eat somewhere else.

I'm new to Lakeland, and I've decided that this Papa John's pizza is my go-to place. I was ordering pizza for my son and his family, and he mentioned that Papa John's is his favorite. Aaron, the manager at this Papa John's location, took my order over the phone in the late afternoon, and everything went smoothly! The pizzas were ready for pickup in no time, and they turned out delicious as well! I've always enjoyed Papa John's pizza. They have a special that I’m planning to take elsewhere today!

We received our pizza delivered in poor condition. The store manager said she couldn't issue a refund, only store credit, claiming everything we ordered was included in the box. Unfortunately, the pizza was not even edible. Why would I want to return and order again? If I could, I would give this place a rating of 0 out of 5. Extremely unprofessional—do not order from here.

Ordered a pizza Friday night; turns out, it got delivered to the wrong address because they source out delivery to Doordash and they had my wrong apartment number, their driver carelessly dropped it at the front door of some random apartment, didn't callme at all when no one was there, didn't text me to check when nobody was home, as a Papa John's driver would. The entire reasonI pay the ludacris delivery fee on top of tip is to ensure that a person who actually worked for the company delivers it. NowI'm waiting for them to hopefully fix the mistake, and now I have to pay tip twice (because I'm not a monster). Veryfrustrating.

My babygirl ordered a pizza tonight. 1st time going with papa johns and most definitely the last. Pizza price....$10.....Pizza size....6inches.....plain no toppings. Delivery fee is more than half the pizza price. Called to see why the pizza was so smalland the price was so BIG..... Employee was very rude and said ypu get what you pay for. Didn't even try to make it right.Hopefully all papa johns locations isn't like the one she got her pizza from which was 3608 Harden Blvd Lakeland Fl 33803
