Wendy's - Lakeland

I went to the restaurant late at night for a quick meal and was impressed by the friendly staff. The fries were hot and the burger was tasty!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding and the food was delicious! The cashier, Brandon, was fantastic - very friendly and courteous. I will definitely be returning to this place again.

The bacon and cheese toppings on the bacon cheese fries were lacking. I ordered 2 ranch dips but never received them. It seems difficult for the staff to read an order correctly and to pack the correct items. This has been a common issue with many other chain restaurants as well. My advice to everyone is to check their order before leaving the drive-thru window. It is frustrating when the staff seem incompetent. Sadly, I did not do this and regret it.

Food was as expected, but my drink order was wrong, and I didn't find out until I got home and tried to drink it. I ended up with a diet coke instead of a root beer. Since I'm allergic to fake sugars, I had to throw it out. A bit disappointing, but Iunderstand mistakes happen.

Good food. Great fries. Love the chili. But the ancient buzzing, yellow, flickering light above the customer entrance door needs to be replaced with an LED light.
