McDonald's Lakes Entrance

After finding nothing open on Saturday at 3 o'clock, we decided to go to McDonald's. The journey was almost non-existent, with one of the signs possibly removed by a tired traveler trying to save others from the same experience. After waiting in line with no plans for the rest of the day, we finally reached the drive-thru after a 20-meter drive in 30 minutes. Despite investing a considerable amount of time, there were no cucumbers on the menu board. We waited at the loudspeaker box for 5 minutes before a voice finally came through. After placing our order, we waited for what seemed like an eternity, with our hunger growing stronger by the minute. When we finally received our food, it was disappointing to find that our burgers were overcooked. Despite the chaotic experience, we drove off, feeling both frustrated and relieved.

The service at this restaurant is terrible, with employees who appear confused. I ordered through the app and still had to wait in the waiting area. After waiting for a long time, I had to go inside and my order was not ready. The order I received was incomplete, so the employee had to go back inside. The staff seems untrained and unable to handle customer interactions.

I requested no cheese and extra ketchup for my burger, but instead received a burger with only a small patty. Unfortunately, I was already far down the beach when I noticed the mistake, otherwise I would have complained directly to the manager.

In the car thru for over 15 minutes at one stand still. had to return to work hungry. we make it together

The site was clean, staff friendly, food usual quality. It was not pleasant to have to listen to some language from a couple who may or may not have been friendly or friends with a staff member and some times these days if complaint is...made you fear repercussions and as mid seniors we keep a low profile.
