Baldie's Craft Pizzeria - Lakeville

I have eaten here for years and love the owners but the service has gone way down. Sitting at the bar, it took the bar staff 20 minutes to ask if I wanted a drink and this was a slow day. We had about ten people sitting at the bar and most tables were empty. Tonight, 7/19/2024, we order take out, it took them 2 hours to get our meal and then, they completely forgot my husbands dinner. All meals were stone cold when we got them. Focus people on better service. You use to have it but lost it. I am not coming back. These were two instances but we have had about five and I finally broke and wrote this poor comment because they use to be great, they lost something along the way. Not worth the headache anymore.

Take out order. Was told 60 min wait. Once I got there they forgot to make part of the order. So the first part was cold second part hot. Normally great service but the take out service needs organization to keep things straight and timely. I get busy, but not missing portions of the order.

I love coming here for a sub. But every single time I order my very simple sub it is made wrong every single time.. even got completely raw uncooked bacon on my sub one time. I still come with hopes that so.eone with a brain would make my sub that day but it is never made correct. I get a simple turkey am cheese lettuce and bacon sub . Which isn't very difficult but yet never one time has it been made correctly. Please do better because I love your food and don't wanna not come because so.eone can't get it together.

(One yesr ago) Overdone cheese pizza was a let down. I've been going to Baldie's since it was in the back of the market, and while the menu has expanded greatly, the pizza quality on this visit went down to a disappointing level. We live 20 minutes away, and I thought the ride would be worth it, but the pizza was smelled and tasted burned. Very disappointing. (June 2024 visit) picked up a large pizza and bread sticks to see where the pizza quality has gone. Not a happy report, tge quality of pizza is worse than a year ago.. Luckily the area has NO good pizza to compete with. This was my last trip. I miss the pizza at the Baldie's in the market..
