Panera Bread - Lakewood Ranch

This must be the worst experience I've ever had in a panera. The sandwich I ordered, a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. They were from the sourdough bread, tomatoes and iced tea. The replacement bread was incredibly dry. The sandwich with dry salad and no tomatoes was terrible. I bought an iced tea, but the iced tea was empty. I'm asking her to fill the iced teaser, but after 25 to 39 minutes it didn't happen. I finally asked for a refund and ate my sandwich without drinking. The worst service and terrible food. If you like Panera, skip this, Scott

40 minutes waiting for 3 meals. the salat on the sandwich was rotten. the chicken soup had no single nudel. salat was missing the half of the ingredients. I'm done with panera. spent over $40 and nothing was worth it.

Worst Panera location I've been to. First time went through the drive through and ordered two pick twos. They didn't include one half of one pick two salad) and the other they didn't include the side of bread for the soup. Second time placed a mobile order thinking the order would be more accurate 5 bagels, 3 toasted, 2 not). They forgot one bagel and toasted all of them. Won't be back to this location.

I went to this facility for my favorite 'you-pick-two 'Combo: a tuna salad sandwich and creamy tomato soup. What took my culinary experience from good to great was the beautiful checkout, Mak that took my order. Your bright and sunny disposition my day better. From her appearance it seemed that, like Samson, her personality came out of her hair. I will return to this facility in the future for my tuna salad and tomato soup needs. Thank you.

Found a hair in my bakery articles to three separate occasions (and I don't even order food from here too often) beside this rough, recurring problem, this place is fairly clean, updated, and great to sit to eat a bite or catch on work with a cup hot coffee. great place, somehow too expensive, but only about everything is in these days. I would recommend this Panera location via others! but beware if they plan to do any work online, the Wi-Fi almost never works and they won't be able to achieve anything!
