240 Union - Lakewood

I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit! This restaurant has been around since 1989, and it definitely shows—in a positive way. Our steak was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was delicious as well. My favorite dish was the Calamari appetizer; it was wonderfully crispy and paired nicely with fried green beans. We will definitely be returning! I'm so glad to have discovered this hidden gem!

I also tried the Panko-Crusted Crab Cakes, which were mostly made of clams and cooked to perfection. My wife opted for the Duck Leg Thigh Confit, which came with a generous portion of duck served on a bed of creamy risotto and spinach. For my main course, I went with the Big Seafood Soup, inspired by the Amalfi Coast. It was loaded with three sizable scallops, three clams, three mussels, and three jumbo shrimp in a flavorful garlic tomato broth. The mussels were the only item that didn’t quite match the size of the others. And don’t forget to order the pineapple upside-down cake when you see it on the menu! We had it a la mode with coffee to cap off our meal perfectly. If your mouth isn't watering yet, take a look at the pictures!

I visited this restaurant for the first time without a reservation and was kindly accommodated at a bar table. The service was attentive, and the fried calamari, crab cakes, and beet salad were all excellent. For entrees, we had salmon, pork chop, and wagyu flank steak, all of which were outstanding. It's an extraordinary place, and I will definitely return when I'm in the Denver and Lakewood area.

One of our favorites in the Denver metro area. They have Sizzling Shrimp that is not on the menu that we always order. Great food every time.

An awesome resturant. It was so good to receive the food early even though we were there during holidays. I think it only took 15 minutes to bring all the food. The meatloaf was quite good not too heavy. Crab cake was light and good option to start with. Shrimp cocktail was very spicy not to my liking. Sticky toffee pudding was flavorful. Overall a great resturant and should definitly be visited.
