I had ordered crispy fries and a pink burger, but I received a well-done burger with cold fries. My granddaughter's burger was served cold with burnt cheese, and my son's burger was also overcooked, served with cold fries that looked like a child's portion. To make matters worse, my daughter-in-law's steak didn't arrive until I went to speak with the manager again, and when it did come, it was overcooked and tasted as if it had been reheated. My son and I ordered boneless wings, but they didn’t arrive until our burgers were cold. When we finally got the wings, they were partially covered in sauce. I spoke to the manager again, who apologized for the oversight regarding our food. Overall, we spent over three hours only to be served cold food and experienced terrible service. This was the worst visit we've ever had, with subpar food quality. If we could rate it ourselves, it would be a minus 10.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was one of the worst I've encountered. The waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. One of the waitresses was missing for 15 minutes, and during that time, I noticed her laughing and hanging out with another employee instead of checking on guests. To make matters worse, the bar area had an awful smell, like vomit, and it was clear that something had been spilled and not cleaned up. Overall, I was very disappointed.
The waiter wasn't the issue. This restaurant is not like the typical places we usually visit in Central America, but we had a gift card to use. I noticed they had an all-you-can-eat special for boneless wings, and since I love wings, I was excited to try them. Unfortunately, it was the worst food I've had in years. They should really be called balls of fried dough—there was hardly any meat in them. It felt like 60-70% breading, and they tasted like dry, compressed broth crumbs. In the future, I think I’ll skip this place; it seems better suited for NASCAR, WWF, and monster truck fans instead.
Definitely some management issues here. There was a scramble to get people seated and food/drinks took long. Most tables around us were having similar issues as I saw a lot of food being sent back. Fitting for the area.
