Black Angus Steak House - Lakewood

I had almost forgotten that this place was still in business, as it tends to be quite dimly lit. Our waiter was excellent—when we accidentally spilled a drink, he promptly came over and had it cleaned up in no time, with no stress at all! He also assisted us with all of our questions about menu items we hadn't encountered before. Additionally, Wednesday is half-price wine bottle night, so we treated ourselves to a bottle of wine, which was simply fantastic; I've been searching for it ever since. The steaks were cooked to perfection for each of us, and all our food arrived on time, catered to our different preferences for doneness. Overall, it was a flawless dining experience.

I should mention, although it's unrelated to the food, that the cloth napkin wrapped around my silverware had a strong odor that reminded me of vomit, which was quite unpleasant. I would rate this place five stars if it weren't for the disappointing mac and cheese and the unpleasant-smelling napkin. Despite those two issues, we had a great visit and will definitely be back.

Exceptional in every way. The customer service is fantastic, and the presentation and atmosphere are lovely. Service is quick and the food is delicious. The establishment is very clean, and the bread is absolutely irresistible.

I hadn't been to Black Angus since high school, but the food was really good, and they had an incredible deal for a meal for two.

Absolutely fantastic! Our server, Eddie, was incredible—very friendly and easygoing. I ordered the chicken avocado bacon burger, paired with a Hawaiian Avalanche drink, and it was outstanding! My friends had a few minor issues with their meals, pointing out things like slightly salty flavors, smaller portion sizes, and overly sweet drinks, which I noticed as well when I sampled them. Despite that, my meal was exceptional. Great service and delicious food!
