Our experience with Cakes by Karen Lakewood was great. The cake they made for my son's 3rd birthday was exactly what he wanted it to look like and it was delicious.

We ordered the high-time cakes of my daughter and tasty cake. they were beautifully decorated. However, only 2 of the 5 were correct. we ordered a lemon-white chocolate cake for the high time cake. we got a brown chocolate marble cake. my daughter can't make a brown chocolate so she couldn't eat a cake. very disappointed. the cakes and cakes were also very dry. it was disappointing for such an important day

It has been a long time since I have had such wonderful customer service thanks to Sarah. I called to place an order for same day delivery to my mother in law that is in a Rehabilitation facility. Sarah made it happen for me. She was kind and very helpful. I will continue to shop here. Thank you.

I have to say they were absolutely amazing!!!! It was my first time because my daughter was getting older, and she wanted a more elegant cake. She did not want a sheet cake but a tier cake, and after reading the reviews and how long they have been in business and researching the website, I made the decision to go for it. When I arrived at the store and walked in the associate (older lady, I forgot her name, so sorry), was patient nice generous and accommodating. I told her what my daughter wanted gave me a price, and it was out of my budget, BUT she let me use her iPad so I could show her exactly what my daughter wanted. I mean, it was the sweetest person ever. I will definitely be using them in the future. I am actually planning my second daughters 3rd birthday, and I will be contacting them. Honestly, I loved them and gave me exactly what my daughter wanted. she was so surprised and happy that mommy did it!!!!!! Thank you Cakes by Karen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
