Carl's Jr. - Lakewood

Food was ok but employees had us standing there waiting for a minute to order and nobody asking or saying anything

I ordered a steak grilled burrito. It was okay. A little too much saucyness for me but the flavor was good. It wasn't rolled quite right though, all the cheese was at one end so I finally got it at the end.

Just drove in rn at 12:45 only me an one other person in line. She asked me twice to make sure the order was right.(2 chicken sandwiches) I go up to the window and she had 2 orders wrong. And told me to wait in the front because its timed. I shouldn't have moved its her fault she messed up the order even after she made sure. A mistake can't be fixed if I don't know it happened. So we had to wait double the time for the sandwiches. So much for a drive thru purpose. Never coming here again. Such a mistake for a simple job is annoying thinking.

Typical Carl's. Good food, fast, but dang they are getting really expensive....I really REALLY miss the Carl's at the mall, Kevin made it the best. Good thing is, he is here now, so I can go here and still get that phenomenal Kevin service!!! This location is always amazing though, even when Kevin gets a day off!!! ?????

I had a Western Bacon cheeseburger once when I was a kid and it was juicy, flavorful and delicious. I've been chasing that burger ever since. I'm never blown away by my burgers here, but they're better than many of the other fast food places in that regard. Between here and Jack in the a box, I generally get something that I know I'm going to feel bad about eating later, but I will deal with it then. For now, I am going to consume my entire recommended caloric intake in 10 minutes or less. I've noticed my burgers are a bit dryer than they used to be. Perhaps the patties are cooked more, perhaps they but less BBQ sauce, perhaps both. I'm still going to eat it, but there's room for improvement.
