Great service from the bar attendant, personable friendly and knowledgeable

What a disappointment food wise, I got the fajita trio chicken, steak and shrimp, the chicken was dry, the steak was tough and overcooked and the shrimp were really cooked ok (nothing to complain about with them) the veggies were under cooked and not well seasoned, the tortillas were ripping when I unwrapped them from the tin foil (seemed like the were pre wrapped and sat in the tin foil to long. The side of rice was sub par and also lacked seasoned/ flavor. My highlight of the meal was gorging myself with chips and salsa and guac. However! The server was great, he always had a smile and made sure we were taken care of with drinks and chips. I didn't tell the waiter I disliked the food, unfortunately and fortunately I am not a Karen! The cooks are the one who knows better when the food crosses the line, that, in my opinion will not change unless the cooking standard does. I won't eat here again, sorry to say, but if my food was cooked without care, it's a matter of time before that standard poisons the other cooks. My suggestion is re training, to the Chili's standard, whatever that may be.

If you like Chili's you won't be disappointed. Not the hugest menu, but what they do is perfect.

My wife and I, visit Chili's quite often. One of our favorite places. We usually always sit at the bar, unless it's full, then we'll sit at a table. We usually always go to the Chili's on 1st and Wadsworth. Although we have gone to other locations. The one on Wadsworth, is only a mile from our house. The food is always excellent. And we enjoy a drink, or two. Always have conversation, with whoever is working the bar, as well as good conversation, between my wife and I. We just enjoy the atmosphere there. I would highly recommend Chili's to anyone who has never been there.
