Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lakewood

Wow, I never had a load that's so rude. they have opened up late today, but no efforts have been made to tell the people waiting outside, they would be half an hour or later at the opening. if something they laughed at me, instead of telling me they're breaking up late. I go to make a mobile order later, and my rice was so heavily understated. I didn't make my whole bowl edible. if I couldn't give you a star, I would. the rudeness of the staff and the **** quality of the eating made this chipotle the worst. I recommend taking the extra time to literally drive any other chipotle.

I waited 35 minutes for my order, and it was handled by just one person. She did an amazing job! However, the rest of the staff was quite disappointing.

If a business is advertised as being open until 10pm they shouldn’t lock the doors until 10. I showed up at 9:46 and they had the doors locked. When clearly there were others not only me still outside. Maybe since it was Saturday they wanted to leave early. But still if they want to leave before the advertised hours maybe they should find different jobs.

The people working here do not give a **** about anything besides chatting with their coworkers. When someone finally came over to take an order they continued their conversation with the manager who also didn't give a **** people were waiting in line. Because the woman making the bowl wasn't actually paying attention to me while making it she gave me white when I asked for brown and pinto when I asked for black. I'm a vegetarian and I asked for chicken on the SIDE for my dogs. She slapped it right on the bowl because again whatever conversation they were having was clearly more important. I should have walked out instead of paying for it. I gave it to a hobo because I couldn't eat it. So disrespectful. Never supporting their business again.

This place is disappointing; they never seem to get an order correct. It feels like the staff collectively lacks the necessary skills. While I do hire people who may not have extensive education, it’s frustrating to see an entire team that seems to struggle with basic tasks. It’s disheartening that there are qualified individuals seeking employment, yet these underperforming employees continue to be paid while failing at their jobs day in and day out.
