Dunkin' - Lakewood

I just wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation. Every time I visit (drive thru) I always receive great service. Friendly staff, always get my order right and they go the extra mile. They always say hello to my dog that?s in the back seat. Anyways,during these times where so much sucks, it?s always nice to know I?ll get good service here. Thanks guys, you make my dog and myday!

11.30 a. m. and there is no toilet paper in the women's room. I decided to use the men's room so I did not have to drip dry which there was some toilet paper in the men's room but it would need to be refilled soon too. I washed my hands and then when Iwent to dry them there was no paper towels in the dispenser, so I went to use the hand dryer and that was broken and didn'twork. Isn't this a new location? I would expect better especially for $5.25 for a breakfast sandwich. Also I ordered a baconegg and cheese sandwich and they gave me the maple bacon not the regular bacon. I kept trying to figure out why my sandwichtasted like syrup.

DO NOT GO HERE! They said they only take cash… upcharged a product by over $2.50 and when I asked for a receipt the lady and “manager” laughed and the door shut.It’s ethically wrong and I feel people are getting scammed at this location.

I ordered 4 frosted w sprinkles donuts. They take my money then I sit at the window while the two visible workers take order after order. I finally speak up and receive 4 donuts basically plain as the icing is in the bottom of the bag because they put them in there upside down. Last resort stop is now a never again.
