Good Times Burgers Frozen Custard

Lady sounded agitated.. no shakes. The whole reason I came. Long wait. Had family waiting for food or I would have canceled the order. The guys putting the order together didn't seem to know what was going on. Natural fries were over cooked. Didn't even get all my drinks. Ended up going to McDonald's for fries and shake. Update: I was contacted and they're going to give me a gift card so I can give them a 2nd chance.Wow! I am completely impressed! It seems the restaurant has had a complete make over in regards to staff. The food was hot and delicious! Even the wild fries seemed to have had a makeover! Way to go guys! Keep up the great work!!

Unfortunately I have to update this review and drop it to 2.Twice (out of 4) a part of my order has been forgotten, and once when I pulled around to get my fries they closed 10 minutes early and kept trying to wave me away from the drive through window.They also have an issue of handing over shakes that are coated on the sides, so you have to hope there are napkins to wipe it down, or suffer the scrubbing of sugary mess out of your cup holder. Wish I had taken pics for visual proof for you. (Hindsight 20/20).They have also not served any breakfast for I don't know how long because they seem to not pay a competitive wage (the Del Taco across the street offers $1.50 higher starting... the McD down the street $3), so it is no wonder that they are understaffed.I have always enjoyed Good Times food, especially the wild fries, and at least the quality is still there. I really wish I could rate higher.

On Union blvd. give them 5 thumbs down!!!!This Good times employees are super lame!! Came here a couple nites ago too, the lady working drive thru was very unfriendly, and snarled when she spoke...I think she 's a. manager too!!Then, tonite I figured I 'd give them another try Again drive thru, even during ordering it seemed the person was quite irradiated... I was just trying to order some food!! Then at window, TOTALLY unpleasant, no words spoken to me at all... Just took my cash shoved the bag drink out the window at me...I 'd specifically asked for ketchup when ordering, when I got to where I was to eat, opened the bag, no straw, no napkins, and no ketchup!!! This Good times on Union blvd sux big time!!! IF...IF I ever do go back to a Good times, I 'll drive to a different one, in hopes the employees dont treat customers so foul and rudely!! DO YOURSELVES A HUGE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THE GOOD TIMES ON UNION BLVD.Sincerely, Jeremy
