Contribuisci feedbackThe service at the drive-thru was extremely slow. They got our order wrong three times. It took us about 30-40 minutes just to wait for our food, only to receive the wrong order and have to wait again. The food was rated 4 out of 5.
Heh, very small pieces. Hard and dried. tocuits so hard could not eat. Fountain drinking was great for the 9 dollar spent. don't go back.
The food was good, but I find it very inappropriate that the staff at this restaurant make fun of or purposely mispronounce customer names.
My partner and I were driving along when we decided to stop at a fast food restaurant. The woman on the intercom told us she would be with us shortly, which was fine. However, when she came back to take our order, I changed my mind quickly. She was rude, asking if we were finished or if we needed anything else. Being pregnant, I really wanted KFC. My partner stepped in and politely asked a question before I could, but we were already put off. We let her know we were disappointed with the customer service and drove away. This experience was not like the usual positive ones I have had. It was around 3:30am on September 29th, 2022. I will definitely think twice before considering this place again. Thank you.
They serve you day old chicken here. This place is a giant health code violation and the worst part is..They do not care. You call them and they hang up on you. I know we're all short staffed right now but this is unacceptable. I dropped the chicken on the table and it was as hard as a rock. The Grizzle just fell off truly disgusting. Do not eat here. You may be able to fool some people but some people have worked in the industry and know what horrible things/lazy/ disgusting short cuts they're doing here.
