Pepper's Italian - Lakewood

I spent 10 minutes on the phone with someone named Kennedy trying my damndest to place a to go order. She couldn’t get the order right after multiple times of me repeating it, didn’t know how to pronounce the names of ingredients or sauce and claimed she wasn’t Italian and didn’t speak Italian therefore she didn’t need to know. Kennedy apparently forgot that she works at an Italian restaurant and should know how to say the names of basic menu items. Perhaps more training or better qualifications for hiring staff,
