Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a bowl online with corn salsa, salsa verde, extra chicken, guacamole, sour cream, and a mix of rice and beans. However, what I received was white rice, black beans, tomatoes, and chicken. It seems like either my order was tagged incorrectly or there’s an issue with their online ordering system. I’m really disappointed, as this left a bad taste in my mouth—both figuratively and literally!
I ordered a three-cheese steak nachos bowl, but instead, I received a half bag of chips and no steak in my dish, even though I was charged for the added protein. I suppose I should have paid more attention to the staff member with a poor attitude who prepared the first part of my order. That’s on me.
To make matters worse, they didn’t inform us until we had already placed our order that they were completely out of jalapeños and pickled onions, which are the main reasons I prefer this place over Chipotle. Additionally, I was locked out of my rewards account after their recent update, and the cashier treated me terribly, rolling his eyes at me. This location desperately needs a new staff and better customer service, no question about it. If my kids hadn't already ordered and were hungry, I would have left right away. I also ordered a mini bowl with double protein, and the employee made a scene about it, yelling to the rest of the staff to "make sure they know this is double protein!" It was embarrassing. I've never had such a poor experience at any other QDOBA location, and this has completely turned me off from coming back. Plus, my bowl ended up looking like soup because they overloaded it with protein. Please, QDOBA, get new staff!
I've been to this location several times and I feel tonight they really earned a review. I left a compliment via the website as well. Our order was made well but the store was out of the brownies we ordered, they subbed our brownies with cookies and gave us an apology letter as well as a coupon to return at a later date. No missing items because they were out, no canceled orders, no big fuss. I've also come through the line at this store and for the most part the staff is friendly, the store is always clean, and the food is always as expected. Thanks for doing a great job, yall!
I love this Qdoba. I was just there last Thursday. The food was great. They were very friendly while taking my order. I decided to eat there. A man (possibly the Manager or some one from Corporate came over came over and asked how much food was. It's also very clean in there. The tables the floors, which is a big deal to me because restaurants that stay filthy make me a little nervous about how the food and the utensils are being handled. I ate there but I got a to go order maybe a week or two prior to that and same thing awesome service awesome food very grateful I will go back.
