Rood Food And Pie - Lakewood

Fine dining in a relaxed setting. Prices were reflected in the quality of the food. Service was great. My drink was exceptional (the peachy margarita). If I had to be picky my veggies were a little undercooked and I found it odd that our reservation had a time limit (90 minutes). Great spot for a special date when you're feeling adventurous for an eclectic menu.

Was so excited to try out this place. Menu looked intriguing ESPECIALLY the pie bar. Took my kids for a treat night and it was AMAZING! They were so welcoming to my young kids. My kiddos DEVOURED the pie which is the highest compliment : Such a fun funky atmosphere with very kind service. Cannot wait to go back and try the rest of the menu and cocktails. Thank you also for your commitment to plant based and gluten free options it is greatly appreciated at speaks volumes about what you value.

I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, and it was absolutely amazing! We stopped by for drinks and dessert after dinner. The waitress was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She recommended the salt honey dessert, and it was fantastic! I even took a slice home with me. I can’t wait to come back again and again. I’m a huge fan!

If you're in the mood for fresh, delicious, and flavorful food, you'll definitely enjoy Rood. Everything we tried was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The crab cakes were outstanding, the chicken and waffles were excellent, and we loved both the banana and amaretto pies. I will absolutely be returning... many restaurants fail to combine flavor, ambiance, and service, but Rood excels in all three! Highly recommended! Cheers!
