Came here and ordered 2x large black tea's with nothing in them. Right from the start the girl sounded like she wanted nothing to do with being at work that day. I get to the window and they bring out 2x chai latte's. I inform her that I ordered black tea's and she apologized. Took 10 more minutes to come out with 2 black teas, which now after verifying were not black tea's for the second time. I wound up just taking the drinks and leaving because I could not stand to be in this place any longer. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This one is just awful. Twice I've been there and both times the same individual handed me my coffee which REEKED of perfume or lotion. Pretty sure the drag queen or what ever he or she or it is trying to be, isn't supposed to be DOUSED in perfume and hand lotion when handling peoples food and drinks. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never go back to this one. One time? Ok fine maybe but twice my coffee cup reeked like cheap garbage perfume. Unacceptable. I hope management addresses it.

Thia Starbucks is my local Starbucks and have been going for 11+years. Great staff. Love seeing the longtime staff there. Friendly. Professional store is always clean and well stocked. Newer staff needs and deserves some time to get up to speed. Can't wait until they can reopen after the renovations. Tip: order ahead on the app and if the drive thru is busy you always have the option to pop in. Your drink is always waiting if you order ahead via the app.
