Subway - Lakewood

The workers are a complete embarrassment to this institution. the young girl who works, did not greet us and went around with her two friends who were before us. the other young worker had also ignored his airpoden. the girl continued to work to talk about how she wanted to kill herself and we should ask her bathtub how she feels. then continued to look around, that their friends come behind the counter to get their stuff out of the refrigerator, and she said she was to help her help us. the girls friends put condoms everywhere and in the baths. They were troubled and sweared a storm. there were two older men behind us who could not believe what they hear. we stayed there for 25 minutes and literally watched them around. I've never experienced this before and it was honestly a full sweat.

I question whether or not the people here know how to read. Online order is always wrong when I order from here.

I just want to say I live on Madison by the other subway but I drive to this 1 because they always make great subs for me and my family. Plus open later. Usually always have cookies. Just saying when I say alot alot!!! Of olives I expect it especially when it's only veggies on it... and this place gets it! And my daughter is thankful for that ! It's always clean in here.

I placed an online app order for pickup (was charged for it) and showed up at the scheduled time to a dark store with locked doors…An hour before closing time was listed on the app. When I called, a young girl said she had to close because she ran out of bread…and there was NO MANAGER. I would have to call in the morning to talk to a manager. On my way out, a woman said that was her 15 year old daughter inside, closing a store by herself. So naturally, after this, I will never return to another subway.

Ok...you don't have to go to this one. There are two others in Lakewood. This one is....not good at 8pm on weekday. Lol. Two workers had no clue about how to do anything really. ..Go to the one on on Madison by Harding School. Trust me. ?
