Super Mex - Lakewood

Walked in was acknowledged seated within minutes. our server Kathy was awesome honestly the best I've ever had. She was very sweet with my toddler made her feel like a big girl I loved how she treated us and made us feel very welcomed! Kathy deserves acknowledgement from her management because of her our visit was amazing!

Even though we waited a bit to get seated. The food was really good as always. I've been coming here for the past 25+ years. Food is always good and the service is super nice.

The food was excellent the rice and beans were so good again another Spanish restaurant that DOESN'T taste commercialized I absolutely love it I will be back. The service was fast and personable. The margaritas were delicious

Ordered take out for lunch yesterday.one chicken quesadilla one burrito, one chicken tostada. Bill came out to like 46.00...dang...ok I could take that. But the food was NOT GOOD. My quesadilla very little cheese. And the chicken had no flavor. Like it had been boiled. My chili verde burrito. The pork had very little flavor. Tasted boiled. And the chilis were added to the burrito as a after.thought. not during the cooking process. Or so it tasted. Burrito was also very disappointing. Wife had a chicken tostada...same same. Chicken tasted very bland. Very little flavor. Not good. A server told my wife they were short kitchen staff. By the taste of the food. They are short cooks too. We threw away over half the food. And we do.not throw away food. Strange ,because we ate their earlier in the year with family. And food was good then. I dont know what happened. But something changed. I will NOT be returning. And do NOT recommend. For a 46.00 dollar lunch. I feel ripped off. And will try other restaurants in the future.

The food was pretty good and prices were very reasonable.
