Come on, hamburgers should be easy and easy to do. Not much can go wrong if you choose some fresh ingredients. This is a bad attempt to fake a burger, and the main attraction must pass the extreme sound from the open front to the...busy corner with a lot of Moto Carros every minute. Even if the burger could be improved, a burger with more than one watered ketchup should come.
One person can find a delicious 200 grams all beef hamburgerpatty with all traditional spices, as expected from North America, as well as the common sauces or ingredients in the indigenous area and not too salty as most of the regional foods. They... offer a variety of juices like many of the other restaurants, but what distinguishes them from the other guys is that the juices are not only produced individually to order, but are prepared directly in front of the clientele. The so-called tacos, however, are not that of what I expected to be made as a traditional Mexican dish that is my soul food, but has either been changed to the local palette or the lack of knowledge of true Mexican cuisine... For example, the chicken taco: The outer wrapping was not a flour or corn tortilla, but a soft crepe such as substance, medium fillings were not formed on top of each other, but in a right to left layer, the chicken filling was not traditionally grilled, but resembled a cream of chicken stew and the Aji Salsa was also a cream sauce. Usually I would understand if some of the ingredients are not readily available, but this is not the case therefore, I believe that where my explanation of the question manifests. Are the tacos made to regional taste preferences or is it from the lack of knowledge what is a true Mexican taco and how it is done right. P.S. The Taco originates from Mexico in the early 1800s
When I first visited this small corner it was a surprise, a nice fast-food spot opened until really late, perfect for any craving past regular restaurant hours (which in Tara is early as many restaurants or other food places close early, before midnight) But this...place as many others in Perú forget about maintenance and as years pass by it has begin to worn out. Now I don´t go often, there are new alternatives and one wonders why should it be that there is not a culture of keeping nice places nice. . . Still for an 'emergency ' its just a block from the main square and the prices are quite convenient and the burgers ok.
I don´t like its burgers and the service is too poor
