H-e-b Bakery - Lampasas

When I went to the workers, they said that the people should stand and now they are insulted people in wearing masks. no thank you, my dear, I buy my banannas in a shop that treats customers with respect.

I would just like to have an acknowledgement to the lampasas heb! very well organized this morning. customers sanitary hands, dare to be wiped.... staff with an upbeat! the shopping was relaxed without panic. many thanks!

Monday, my husband and I were headed home from Austin. We stopped at HEB in Lampasas for gas and a few supplies. I left my phone in the cart and didn’t miss it until we got home. When I called HEB to see if it had been turned in, I had a great conversation with the nicest employee. She offered to mail it. I offered to pay. She refused.

Impressed by their customer service. I ordered a cake for my granddaughter’s birthday party and realized on the way that the cake wasn’t what I ordered. We were headed to cedar park or I would have gone back to the store. My husband called them, spoke to a manager and the manager contacted another HEB and had them make a new cake( manager’s idea). Not only did they make a new cake, they delivered it to us at the party along with a gift and card for our granddaughter. I’ve always loved HEB and this is another reason to love it more! Thank you, HEB! Fantastic customer service !

Epic! this bakery is coming! blue band quality cake! who ever made my grandsons cocomelon cake was so beautiful and tasted so amazing! everything I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! it is so beautiful that the employees are proud of their job and offer excellent customer service!
