Hart's Firehouse Bbq - Lampasas

Good Texas BBQ. Not the best in Texas, but still pretty good. The brisket was fine, the smoked turkey and the sausage were really good. The pages were good, potatoes and Gravy and Mac and cheese. Total good BBQ.

I have the sample package. We enjoyed the ribs and sausage; but the brisket had no favor and pulled pork was very dry. The pages were good, but nothing stood out. Overall was a good meal.

Brisket and cattle ribs were the star. The pepper jacket and the BBQ sauce were very good. We missed something, but I came for meat and was not disappointed. The relaxation rooms are located behind the restaurant.

Great local BBQ. The taste is good and the meat was moist. The sides were delicious. The sauce was good, nothing special. Your pecan pie is one if the best I've ever had. We will stop on our trips, the SA and Glen Rose.

Excellent BBQ. Love stopping at Hart’s Firehouse BBQ every time I drive through Lampasas. Great food, service and atmosphere.
